Regulations of the sports facility

I. GENERAL INFO

Open hours:

Monday – Friday from 10.00 to dusk.

Saturday – Sunday – public holidays from 9.00 to dusk.

1. The Regulations define the conditions of sport club.
2. The sport club is located on the bank of Vistula River in Kraków, at Józefa 24 a. street.
3. The manager and administrator of the sport club is the Railway Water Club 1929 (Kolejowy Klub wodny 1929).
4. The users of the sport club are obliged to comply with these regulations and instructions issued by the sport club staff.
5. For accidents caused by non-compliance with the Regulations The 1929 Railway Water Club (Kolejowy Klub wodny 1929) sport club takes no responsibility.
6. Persons who violate general safety rules and do not comply with the provisions of the regulations will be asked to leave the sport club.
7. The sport club may be closed due to unfavorable hydrological conditions.
    

II. ORDER REGULATIONS

1. It is forbidden to stay and use the facility outside the opening hours.
2.  Only persons using kayaks or the sport club service personnel may stay on the floating jetties.
3. Sports equipment may only be used for its intended purpose.
4. There is a price list for individual services in the sport club, approved by the managment of the Railway Water Club 1929.
5. It is forbidden to consume alcohol, use stimulants and smoke in the sport club.

III. PROHIBITED ON THE TERRITORY OF THE CLUB:

1. Littering the area and destroying sport club equipment.
2. Use of the sport club and equipment inconsistently with its intended purpose.
3. Children under 13 years of age cannot be without the supervision of parents or caregivers.
4. Fishing on floating platforms.
5. Swimming.
6. Bringing dogs without a leash.
7. Consume alcohol, drugs or psychotropic substances.
8. Being drunk.
9. Parking cars in forbidden places and blocking fire roads.
